One of our projects features a single-family home in the shape of an "L," designed with functionality, aesthetics, and the comfort of the residents in mind. The exterior facade combines wood, anthracite, and white, giving the building a cozy character.
The part of the house with a sloping roof comprises a living area, where large, panoramic windows allow natural light to flood into the spacious living room. Meanwhile, the kitchen, perfectly integrated into the open space, impresses with its modern design and ergonomic layout. The glazing in the living room opens onto a secluded courtyard with a beautiful garden, ensuring closeness to nature and privacy.
The other part of the house features a flat roof, encompassing the residential area, consisting of cozy bedrooms, from which the surrounding greenery can be admired. An additional sleeping area is also present in the attic.
The property includes a practical guest house styled similarly to the main house, ensuring a very cohesive overall appearance. This building can also be used as an office or private relaxation space.
Both buildings are located in a modern single-family housing estate, where attention to architectural details goes hand in hand with ecology. The surroundings are dominated by greenery, and the streets are designed to encourage walking and interaction with residents.
